House T3, ground floor and under construction, located in Travanca, a few minutes from the center of the city of Santa Maria da Feira. -In the social area we find a hall, common room with 27.70m2, kitchen equipped with hob, oven, extractor fan, water heater, extractor fan, microwave, combined and dishwasher, all of the Bosch brand. -In the private area we find a hall, three bedrooms with wardrobes embedded in sucupira wood, one of them a suite, and a W.C complete with shower base. To highlight its materials and finishes, it has pre-installation of air conditioning, aluminum frames with thermal cut, double glazing, electric shutters, hanging crockery, quality vinyl flooring, (with the exception of baths) video intercom, solar panels, electric gates and built-in spotlights (both in the ceilings of the house inside and in the exterior wall). Outside we find a garage for two cars and laundry area. It is estimated that the House will be 100% completed by the beginning of the year 2024.
